Are older people better cared for in urban or rural settings?
According to Campaign to End Loneliness, rural areas have a unique set of circumstances that can worsen the social isolation of older residents, leading to poor health, loss of independence and lower quality of life.

According to the latest figures, the number of single people is on the rise. Four in every ten eligible adults are now in this category.
