The Voice UK semi-finalist: "The Black Eyed Peas have a scripture group chat"

The Voice UK has birthed many stars over the years and continues to shine a light on new talent within the Christian community. Emmanuel Smith was a semi-finalist on The Voice UK in 2019 and since gone on to have success after success in his music career. He entered the competition and sang Travis Greene's 'Made A Way', wow'ing the audience and the judges alike: "the room was quiet, Nicole Scherzinger asked for a tissue and I thought it was because she was sweating but she was actually crying." After smashing the first few rounds, was picked by Will.I.Am to join his mentoring group. In this interview with Madeleine for Sing Out the artist shares some secrets about Will.I.Am's and The Black Eyed Peas faith: "people don't know but his [Will.I.Am] brother is a stout Christian. I.Am showed us a group chat with the Black Eyed Peas where they shared scriptures every morning."
