With CNN reporters, film crews and mourners outside the castle, Madeleine described the sombre atmosphere by saying people are tearing up, asking Aisla what her thoughts on the response has been.
Aisla, who now works for the Bishop of Canterbury, said Ive been speaking to people who live in the town and the Queen has been part of their lives forever, her home is very dominant on the town and I think people will take a long time to come to terms with what has happenedit wasnt particularly unexpected but still a huge shock to people
