10 Feb 2023
We are a day away from one of the most anticipated events of 2023. With a line-up of guests flying in from all over the world, this years All Out Worship (AOW) is shaping up to be a truly global affair. The brainchild of Ruach City Churchs Elder Juanita Francis, AOW was birthed to create a safe space for creatives to be refuelled, replenished, and rejuvenated. The event kicks off at 8am on Saturday morning with delegates taking a trip to the doctors office. The doctor in charge will be Dr Oscar Guobadia, lead pastor of the Brook place London. Consistent with the promo campaign for the event are the medical themed session names. A visit to the radiology department is next on the agenda, after which the creatives are ushered into the consultation room, where Grammy nominated artist Maranda Curtis is the chief consultant. The evening session will see the Eagle, Dunsin Oyekan, take the stage. Oyekan packed out Ruach City church last November during his Upper Room Event, and fans will be delighted to learn that he is back again. With hits such as Yah, Fragrance to Fire, More than a song and Breathe, the psalmist has fast become one of the worlds most sought-after ministers from the continent of Africa. Speaking about AOW, Elder Juanita said: The Lord gave me a vision of a hospital ward that had creatives in the beds coding. I saw a vision of worship leaders on drips and in the drips had the words All out Worship and different speakers names. God told me to create a safe space for creatives to be made whole (this aligns with the hospital theme promo campaign). The Holy Spirit took me to Ezekiel 37 the popular passage about the valley of dry bones; bones speak of promises. God asked me if the creatives could live again ...my response was ABSOLUTELY. My heart for AOW 2023 is for creatives to live again. In addition to reviving creatives during this years AOW, Elder Juanita has also partnered with Compassion to help transform lives of children around the world. Compassion is a leading Christian child development charity releasing children from poverty, in Jesus name. Compassion partners with local churches to empower infants, children, and young people to overcome all forms of poverty. Working in more than 25 countries globally, the mission is to give children the opportunity to thrive and reach their God-given potential both now and into the future. Compassions child development programmes are holistic, giving children support in every area of their lives their body, mind, heart, and spirit. Because Compassion works exclusively in partnership with local churches who know their communities inside out, their programmes are tailored to a childs age, gender, health, culture, and family situation. Independent research shows they are highly effective, and now more than 2 million children being released from poverty around the world. When asked about the Compassion/AOW partnership during a Premier Gospel Interview with Ibe Giantkiller, Compassion UKs Regional Manager (Southeast & London), Rona Anderson said: Who wouldnt want to collaborate with Juanita [chuckles] She is absolutely phenomenal, energetic and vibrant. Ive heard her heart; her heart is for transformation and change and thats where we have a meeting of two hearts to say with Compassion, we want to transform lives. Im excited to see where this relationship leads. All Out Worship is from Saturday 11th February- Sunday 12th February at Ruach City Church Kilburn Tickets are available on Eventbrite.
