In James 2:17-18 the Bible says that "faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead. But someone will say, You have faith; I have deeds.' Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by my deeds."
Towards the end of 2010 Swoope ft. Jai, Tedashii, Lecrae released 'Actions Speak Louder than Words'. Distressed by the situation in South Sudan - the 2 million dead and countless orphans - they decided to do something positive to actually try to help. All the proceeds from the record went towards building an orphanage in that conflict-ravaged country. Some of the lyrics in the song quote Teresa of Avila, the 16th Century Carmelite nun, who wrote 'Christ Has No Body', here is what she wrote in full:
