The former music director of COZA's Avalanche choir has been a strong voice in the Nigerian gospel community for several years, however the pandemic saw the singer/songwriter attain greater heights of international recognition. With hits like The Blood and the Name, YAH and Fragrance to Fire; Oyekan counts William McDowell and Donald Lawrence amongst his growing legion of fans.
In a January instagram post McDowell said: "...So grateful for my friend and brother @dunsinoyekan who sings and ministers from a place of active encounter with God. Such a powerful anointing...

In a recent twitter post Oyekan shared about "The Outpouring," a worship and prayer crusade slated for 7 November.
The Lord has instructed that we go to reopen the wells of the Lekki-98 Revival We are planning and gearing towards it by His Grace. Please pray along.

Over the last few days, the "Upper Room" worship gathering convener has been stirring the hearts of his instagram followers with the stories of great revivalists such as Sydney Grant Elton, Arch Bishop Benson Idahosa and Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola.
Quoted as once saying: I cant read the history of the Fathers of faith and be entertained by it! No! It has to spur me into action, knowing theres more and its obtainable, thirty six year old Oyekan is called to stir revival through worship.
